ONE-TOUCH® Easy Open® rings open, close and lock with one simple motion. Delayed tension means closing rings will not clamp down and pinch fingers if they get in the way. Complete outfit holds 400 cards with up to 20 per view. Includes A-Z index and 20 non-glare archival safe poly card pages. Pages may be added (item # 7860 000) to increase capacity. Maximum capacity of binder is 800 cards.
